We have a vacancy for a Customer Service & Order Management Assistant . . . ohhh fancy, right?! 😉
This is a full time role and we need someone who can commit to five days a week. Monday to Friday 8.30 – 4.30. Some evening work would be required to participate in our Facebook ‘lives’ but time would be taken off during the day to compensate.
Based in our Whitwick Church HQ LE67 5HA
The successful candidate will undergo a very rigorous six month probation period before employment is confirmed.
Salary approx £23 887 per annum

About The Role . . .
We are a small company and we need real team players who aren’t afraid to get stuck in. We believe that we should all be prepared to do whatever it takes in order to ensure we can deliver the best possible products in the best possible way for our customers and provide the best service. And by we, that includes us, Amanda & Steve the Founders and Directors.
You will provide administrative support to the whole team to ensure a smooth running of the business and a positive experience to our customers. You will be the first point of contact for all customers and will be skilled in ensuring they remain happy customers of ours.
You will also work closely with the rest of the team to ensure high levels of stock control & quality. You will be responsible for maintaining a slick and organised working environment with all stock appropriate labelled and stored n an organised manner.
As a key member of a busy team you will:-
- Answer all incoming emails and social media comments from customers and followers
- Answer and deal with all telephone calls
- Add on new listings to the website
- Maintain stock on the back end of the website
- Deal with incoming deliveries
- Label up stock and put away where necessary
- Plan and participate in Social Media ‘lives’ when needed
- Help the packing team with picking and packing orders
- Ensure tidiness of main office, stock rooms and kitchen
- Participate in regular team meetings and one to one development meetings
- Eat cake on Fridays
